The RAVAV controller is intended for use in mechanical ventilation systems and is an essential element of the system with variable air flow. The regulator casing is made of galvanized steel sheet Z275. Optionally, it is possible to make a housing made of stainless steel, grade 1.4301. The edges of the casing with mechanically mounted gaskets based on EPDM rubber ensure tightness of the connection with the ventilation ducts. Inside the casing, the regulating damper is also equipped with a seal (depending on the version of the automation). The actuator is mounted on the regulator casing in a way that enables thermal insulation of the system

The regulator casing is made of galvanized steel sheet Z275. The measuring system, made of aluminum damming tubes and pressure take-off nozzles, ensures reliable measurement of the amount of air flowing through it. Casing leakage is class C according to EN-1751: 2014-03. It is possible to switch the automation into separate elements and to modify the functionality due to the shorter operating time of the actuator, protection of the sensor against aggressive environment, etc.
